CIPACA is a team of ICU expert doctors, nurses, paramedics and business development professionals, specialized in establishing tertiary level multi-disciplinary ICUs, specially designed to cater to rural and suburban areas.
CIPACA has emerged as a leading ICU care provider in the country, operating ICUs at several hospitals, ranging from primary to tertiary hospitals as well as teaching hospitals, across several states, managing more than 300+ ICU beds - the largest number operated by any single organization in the rural sector.
Having 1,00,000+ hours of experience in setting up and operating ICUs, CIPACA has been widely recognized for its standardized quality of ICU care. CIPACA has also received several accolades at national and international levels including ‘The most innovative healthcare delivery organization’, ‘COVID Warriors award’ and ‘The most socially responsible organization of the year’ recognition.
Having a massive team of more than 300+ ICU doctors and 800+ ICU nurses and having treated and saved more than 1,75,000 lives in their ICUs, CIPACA has been recognized as the ‘The best ICU Care Provider in Rural India’ at the national level. In our country 70 per cent of population resides in rural areas & suburbs, whereas more than 70 per cent of the specialist doctors are located in metropolitan cities. Approximately 80% of the tertiary care level ICU beds are available only in metropolitan cities.
CIPACA strives to bridge this gap by making the best critical care available to patients across hospitals of different levels by setting up, maintaining and managing ICUs, in compliance with International standards.

Dr G. Raja Amarnath, a pioneer in the field of Pulmonology and Critical Care is the Managing Director of CIPACA. He is trained in the field of Pulmonology and Critical Care from India and abroad.
He is also a proclaimed Indian Professor who teaches under and postgraduate medical students in several teaching hospitals across Chennai.
He is also a member of National and International bodies like the Indian Medical Council, American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESCIM). He is also an Executive Member of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM).
He is also a Senior Consultant Pulmonologist and Intensivist at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai.
He is the Director of several other companies, a certified trainer and a researcher at several recognized national and international forums.

A highly motivated individual with a humble rural background, he has over two decades of international experience in software product development, business strategy, marketing and customer support. Mr Giridhar is slowly shifting gears to focus on incubation/acceleration and rural entrepreneur programs on Agri/FoodTech, Ed/Clean Tech and Health/MedTech.
Mr Giridhar established Venusgeo in 2001 to offer technology and product services. With over a decade of specific experience in data management, analytics, hardware and the ability to connect, Venusgeo delivers cross-platform hi-tech solutions for telecom and other global companies.

He is a Chairman at MSME & ICT Sub-Committees and EC Member at Andhra Chamber of Commerce.

Dr Raja Marimuthu is an Orthopaedic surgeon with over two decades of experience in healthcare and has worked in National Health Services, UK and has also held several positions in India. Currently, he is an advisor and sits on the board of CBCC (Comprehensive Blood Cancer Center)
He was the former Chief of Operations at Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital. Apart from this, he is also the Chairman, Director, Vice President and Regional Head of several national and international organizations.
He is instrumental in having external partnerships in medical areas including ICU and laboratory services. He has excelled in taking human relationships (and resources) management to the highest level for the greatest benefit of all institutions and businesses he has been involved in.

Dr Jaya Prasanthi is the Research Director at CIPACA, committed to bringing emergency and ICU services to the doorstep of the common man.
Currently, she is a consultant microbiologist at Medvision Scans and Diagnostic Centre Private Limited.
She was the former consultant and in-charge of laboratories at FMC, Babuji Memorial Ashram, Manapakkam, Chennai. She was entrusted with overseeing the entire administration and operational workflow in FMC, Babuji Memorial Ashram.
As an aspirant pursuing a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases from the University of South Wales, Australia, she is dedicated to research in the fields of health care especially in family medicine, microbiology, infectious diseases and diabetology.
Dr Prasanthi has also released a few significant research articles on proclaimed national and internal platforms in the past few years.
With the single objective of exploring the deeper aspects of medicine and using that knowledge for the benefit of mankind, she works relentlessly towards the empowerment of different kinds of alternative medicine, yoga and meditation as complementary therapy in confronting various physical and mental health problems.
